We want authors to understand what they are purchasing and what happens if plans change. The exact terms shown at checkout take priority for any paid service.
Before work begins
If you cancel a booked editorial service before work begins, contact us promptly. Any refund eligibility will depend on the booking terms and whether preparation time has already been reserved or used.
Digital access
Memberships and immediately accessible digital resources may have limited refund eligibility once access has been provided, subject to applicable consumer law.
Completed services
Completed reviews, consultations, research, and delivered digital materials are generally not refundable because the work has already been performed.
Service concerns
If a purchased service was not delivered as described, contact us with the order details and concern. We will review the circumstances and propose an appropriate remedy where warranted.
How to request a review
Use the contact page and include the purchaser’s name, purchase date, service, and reason for the request. We will reply with the information needed to assess it.
